In Sant Blai we are constantly working to provide new services for our clients with all manner of facilities to make your visit unforgettable.

Breakfast

In the mornings we start with our succulent breakfast buffet – complete and varied with fresh products including cheeses; sliced meats; fresh fruits; cereals; juices and home baked pastries. Always a great start to the day!

We serve breakfast between 9.30 and 11.00, in the communal lounge area – mainly seated in the porch and in front of the gardens on the predominantly hot and sunny days. Cooler days breakfast is served inside.

We offer a self service accomodation. There is a self serve cafeteria – help yourself from hot and cold drinks; chilled white wine and Cava or the Bodega of red wines – or maybe  an iced “Hierbas”  – just note down all you take and we settle up before you go: we call it a Trust/Honest Bar.

We have endeavoured to acquire as many complementary services possible to improve your stay at Sant Blai. We have contract caterers to provide food for any style of party or function; private excursion organisers including romantic balloon trips around Mallorca – the Wine Route, visiting the Bodegas and wine makers of Mallorca; Boat trips; Car Hire; Cycle Hire, horse trips, and much more. If you have a specific request for a certain requirement, please let us know as we can normally cater for all tastes.

In Sant Blai you will find a place to unwind and relax – whether it is with a good book or a fine wine in the garden, or discovering the best beaches on the island or being whisked off in a hot air balloon; visiting the markets in the surrounding villages or just snoozing in a hammock – from the beginning to the end of your stay with us we will ensure you leave with your batteries recharged ready to rejoin the real world.
